Daphne Posthumus is 16 years old and lives with her parents and sister in Lelystad. When Daphne was six years old, she lived in Australia and attended school there. She started playing volleyball at the age of six. Initially, she combined volleyball with tennis, but at the age of eleven, she decided to fully focus on volleyball.
In her daily life, Daphne is a kind and helpful person who is also very social. At first glance, Daphne may not be the one to step into the spotlight, as she is a bit shy, but once she warms up, she becomes very open to the people around her. As an athlete, Daphne is very fast, has a good sense of the ball, and, of course, she is also very tall.
In America, Daphne hopes to push herself to the fullest as both a volleyball player and a student. The combination of sports and academics in America is an ideal fit for her, and Daphne wants to strive for excellence. Additionally, she hopes to make many new friends and have a fantastic experience. With her commitment and determination, Daphne will give her all to be the perfect team player and achieve good grades in school.
