This time in the Around & About: the Swedish Alice Sundberg with Campbell University! “My brother, Oskar Sundberg, plays Division 1 college golf in New York City, so I had an idea of what it would be like to come to the United States. I came here because I want to eventually try out a professional career and play on different tours – that is my goal. We will see how it goes. ”
In August 2018, Swedish golfer Alice Sundberg leaves Stockholm to play golf in the first division at Campbell University. It is a smaller university (7,000 students) that plays in NCAA Division 1 in Buies Creek, North Carolina.
“I like that Campbell is pretty small because it feels like all the students become close to each other like a tight community – you pretty much know everyone here.”
