Floor Holzenbosch is 16 years old and lives in The Hague, Netherlands. She started playing hockey when she was four years old. Since she was six, she has been playing at hockey club HDM, where she still plays today. Since the age of sixteen, Floor has played at regional levels and national levels with the Dutch team. In addition to hockey, she also played tennis, but hockey turned out to be her greater passion, so she ultimately chose to focus on hockey.
Floor is a very social and open person. Additionally, she is highly driven and always strives to get the best out of herself. Floor’s parents would describe her as a stable and disciplined young woman who always lands on her feet. On the field, Floor always goes for the best result. She is also skilled at coaching her team as a captain. Floor’s strength is that she is an attacking defender and can also play in midfield.
In America, Floor is especially excited to experience American sports culture and push her own boundaries. She wants to explore the country, make new friends, and learn about different cultures. Floor describes her life goal in three words: joy, love, and success.
