Bob Van der Ham officially joins the Slamstox team!
Former 800m standout Bob Vanderham will join our team to work with track & field athletes and to further enrich our extensive network of college coaches!
Bob was born in the Netherlands and moved to the United States when he was 10 years old. He attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington UNCW from 2008 to 2012 and ran cross country and track for UNCW Track & Field and Cross Country. He also ran track post collegiately for Team Distance Runners in the Netherlands for 4 years. In 2014, Bob captured a silver medal during the Dutch national championships at the 800m event. During his time in college, Bob has won numerous events and qualified twice for the NCAA championships.
Bob lives in Raleigh, North Carolina, is fluent in Dutch and English, and has developed an extensive network with NCAA track & field coaches on the East Coast. He graduated with a business degree with concentrations in marketing and finance. Check out his bio on our website for more information about Bob.
