We have listed the 4 players with the most memorable achievements for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-jack-nicklaus-the-ohio-state-university\">Jack Nicklaus (The Ohio State University)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jack Nicklaus is one of the best golfers of all time if not the best golfer of all time. Nicklaus began his professional career in 1961 after graduating from The Ohio State University. In his professional career, Nicklaus managed a whopping 117 wins including a record 18 major championships. Nicklaus competed for The Ohio State University from 1957 to 1961. During his college career, Nicklaus won many matches. In fact, between the years 1959 and 1961, he won 29 of the 30 games played! In 1961, Nicklaus even became an individual NCAA National Champion. What a way to end your college career! Tiger is one of the most famous golfers in the world. He is known for his amazing strokes, 15 major championships won and a total of 124 professional wins around the world since turning pro in 1996. But Tiger has not only done very well as a professional golfer. In college, he&#8217;s also had a career that&#8217;s to die for. Tiger studied for a total of two years at Stanford University. In those two years, he won 11 college matches including an amazing streak of eight wins in 13 starts. Nevertheless, he has had a great professional career and one of the best college careers of all time. Ben played for the University of Texas from 1970 to 1973. He won 12 games including 3 National Championships (1971,1972 &amp; 1973). After his college career, Ben started his professional career in 1973 and became the second player ever to win his first match after getting his tour card. During his college career, he managed to win 16 tournaments. Of these, he won the individual title at the NCAA National Championships up to 3 times. In doing so, he shares the record for most individual nationals victories with Ben Crenshaw. In 1990, he also led the Arizona State team to the team victory at the NCAA National Championship. In addition, Mickelson was also the second collegiate golfer ever to win an All-American honor in all four years of college. In 1992, Mickelson turned pro. He has a total of 57 professional victories to his name including an amazing six major championships. The biggest setback of his career is that he has never managed to win a US open. He has, however, finished in second place 6 times.
